Veolia promotes a comprehensive and innovative approach to address this challenge, combining mechanical recycling —with successful cases such as the Lidl project, where bags were developed using 100% recycled material— and the potential of chemical recycling as a complementary technology. Additionally, it relies on the Circularity Guide for Plastics in Green Public Procurement as a strategic lever to promote demand for recycled materials and consolidate a real circular economy.
