Alex Salvador

Biography

General Manager of the Spanish Association of Robotics and Automation (AER Automation). He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona, an interuniversity MBA (UAB-UB-UPC), and a Master’s degree in Cultural Management (UOC). Throughout his professional career, he has been linked to the industrial business sector, holding executive positions in both multinational companies and SMEs, in the areas of sales and marketing, strategy, and ultimately general management. He has also worked as a lecturer in business schools and, in recent years, has specialized in talent management and organizational transformation. He is currently pursuing his second MBA, in this case a Master’s in Good Listening at the Palau de la Música Catalana.
